Returns & Refunds

1. All sales are final. To the maximum extent that the laws permit, KGJ Fashion does not accept requests for cancellation of orders or the return of items. We do accept exchanges in the event you order the wrong size, but delivery costs will be at the hands of the customer. In an unfortunate event that the item you purchased is defective upon arrival, please contact our customer service within 7 days of the parcel received time.

2. Delivery Costs for Returns
(a) For return requests caused by quality problems, the delivery costs shall be borne by KGJ Fashion. After informing our Customer Service Department on the quality problems, you should return your item within 7 days from your receipt date. We recommend you send the item via a trackable service ie. Royal Mail Signed For. We will not issue 
(b) If an item is returned to us and it has been worn or is in an unsuitable condition we reserve the right not to give you a refund. If you want these returned to you, we may request that you cover the delivery cost.
(c) Please note custom duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.

(d) For exchanges due to sizing, the customer shall borne the delivery costs both ways.

(e) All returned and exchanged items must be in original condition, unused, unwashed and accompanied by a sales receipt. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt date. 

(f) After the 14-day period no exchanges are available.

Please send an email to info@kgjfashion.com containing all details on your exchange and a return address will be provided.

We recommend any returns are sent by Recorded Delivery, as we will be unable to refund any missing packages.
No refunds will be accepted for clothing that has been customized.

Please make sure you order your correct size & are 100% happy with what you are ordering before confirmation of purchase.
